The Noll Landscape Group is considered Essential under Governor Holcomb’s Executive Order 20-08 via the IEDC Response Team.
In this light, we are continuing our landscape, hardscape and maintenance operations taking all of the necessary precautions, implementing practices and continuing to monitor orders from the CDC to keep our employees, their families and our clients healthy and safe. Our crews, while working outside, will be practicing social distancing. We have minimized the number of crew members traveling together. If an employee is sick they are required to stay home. If an employee comes into contact with someone who tests positive, they are required to not return to work until we have confirmed it is safe.
We are disinfecting our facilities, tools, equipment and trucks daily.
While we know that personal meetings with our client’s is important in this industry, we are giving all of our client’s options to utilize virtual means to meet if they choose. We are using phone calls, emails, texts and pictures to communicate about designing or estimating your project. Our designers and managers can come out to your home to get measurements and take a look at your project without meeting with you directly. We are encouraging all in-person meetings to take place after April 7th. If you prefer an in- person meeting, we can make that happen but will practice social distancing and only meet outside of your home.
Please know that we are continuing to monitor this ever- changing situation. We will continue to do everything we can to keep everyone safe and at the same time help our employees provide for their families.
