Mike Noll
Owner & Landscape Architect
Mike created The Noll Landscape Group in 1990 with a desire to design and build creative and unique landscape environments. With a passion for quality and strong attention to detail, his work has built an award-winning, growing company with a 27 year history of satisfied clients. Mike is a Purdue University graduate and a LEED certified, registered Landscape Architect with experience in the landscape design-build industry and civil engineering companies. Mike enjoys wood working, working out, coaching grade school football and any day he can be at a beach.
Jackie Noll
Office Manager
Jackie has a degree in Organizational Communications from Purdue University. She is fortunate to be married to Mike (most days), and is Connor’s Mom (as well as having two other children). Jackie enjoys reading, walking, and the preschool class that she teaches part time.
Susan Gerdom
Landscape Architect
Susan has been with The Noll Landscape Group for 20 years. She is a Ball State graduate with degrees in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Science. Susan is a registered Landscape Architect with the state of Indiana and is a LEED Accredited Professional through the Green Building Certification Institute. Susan’s father worked for the U.S. Forest Service so her appreciation for nature started early in life. She likes traveling and entertaining family and friends. She loves creating great outdoor spaces to encourage others to enjoy the outdoors.
Don Adam
Landscape & Maintenance Manager
Don has been with The Noll Landscape Group since 1990. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from IUPUI. Don has held several positions over the years. He is married to his wife of almost 15 years, Chris. They have two daughters and a son. In his free time Don enjoys coaching and supporting his children in their many sporting activities. Don also prides himself in the fact that he has an almost perfect win record in the Free Throw Shooting portion of our annual summer Olympics (he only has one loss)!
Connor Noll
Construction Manager
Connor has a Degree in Building Construction Management. He came to us in 2013 after serving three years full time and five years of internships with a local construction company. Connor is an ICPI certified installer and is very active in attending seminars, workshops, and investigating the many new trends in outdoor living. Connor enjoys coaching football, weightlifting, and spending time with his friends.
Steve Himebrook
Landscape Designer
Steve is a Ball State Graduate twice over with both a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Urban Design. During his time at Ball State, Steve was heavily involved with community involvement and outreach, participating in over a dozen design charettes. In addition to this, he also assisted in shaping the community of Muncie, Indiana through his work with the Dept. of Landscape Architecture’s Design-Build Program in which he assisted in both the design and construction of new public recreation installations in Muncie. He has a love of planting design and a passion for computer modeling and graphics. Aside from his professional interests, Steve enjoys reading, trivia, listening to music, telling jokes and doing impressions.
